Description:

The CP2102(6-pin) USB 2.0 to TTL UART serial converter module is a compact and efficient solution for embedded systems that require a serial connection to a computer. This module easily connects to a USB port and appears as a standard COM port, making it a convenient tool for UART communication. It features an onboard voltage regulator and does not require an external oscillator. The module also utilizes a reprogrammable internal EEPROM for the device description, adding flexibility and ease of use.

The CP2102 module supports baud rates from 300bps to 921600bps, and provides full hardware UART with flow control. It’s designed for simple serial cable replacement by connecting the TX/RX pins of your microcontroller or serial device to the corresponding pins on the breakout.
