Delivery Policies

To ensure timely and safe delivery, we ship exclusively through reputed courier agencies. While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. You will be informed if your order is split into multiple shipments.

You can track your order on our website in the "Track Your Order" section. All items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as required by Indian Tax Regulations.

Delivery  Information:

  • Express Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 1-3 days.
  • Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 4-7 days.
  • Store Pickup: Get your order immediately by choosing store pickup.

Delivery Partners

We partner with FedEx, Aramex, Indian Post Service, VRL, and other reputed Delivery services. We can also ship via EMS Speed Post to remote locations upon special request, although we cannot guarantee compliance due to verification requirements by the post office.

Delivery Time 

We make our best efforts to ship your order the same day it is placed. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. We ship on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day except on Sundays and public holidays.

While we aim to ensure delivery within 2-7 days anywhere in India, delivery times are ultimately controlled by the Delivery company.

Guarantee/Warranty

All items come with a standard warranty of a minimum of 7 days (unless otherwise specified). If you encounter any issues, please notify us within this period. You will need to cover the return Delivery costs for exchanges and returns, which we will reimburse upon verification of the defect. We will replace or repair defective products at no cost with prepaid Delivery.

If a replacement product is not available, we will issue a full refund. The warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, subjected to static discharge, neglected, modified, or altered in any way.

For exchanges, please send photos of the damaged products. We will assess the damages and decide on the best course of action. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund.

100% Refund/Replacement

We guarantee accurate descriptions and high-quality products. If there are issues such as Delivery damage, item mismatch, or missing parts, we offer a 5-day window from the date of delivery to report these issues. Our technical team will verify the details and issue a reference number for returns. Once the product is received and the issue confirmed, we will send replacement items with prepaid Delivery. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been misused, subjected to static discharge, neglected, modified, or altered in any way. Order cancellations and returns are not accepted without valid reasons due to our strict quality policy.

Return Guidelines

If an item is confirmed faulty and cannot be repaired remotely, we will issue a reference number for the return. Include this number on the Delivery boxes and avoid writing on the product packaging. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list.

Limits of Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Ensure that electrical polarity is observed and follow the provided guide for proper connections. Keep components away from water.

Hands On Stem Labs reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
