Description:
The BD140 is a PNP power transistor designed for medium-power amplification and switching applications. It is commonly used in audio amplifiers, driver stages, and power control circuits. With higher current handling than small-signal transistors like BC547, it is suitable for driving loads such as motors, relays, and speakers.
