The HC-12 Wireless Serial Communication Module is a long-range 433MHz RF transceiver designed for transparent wireless serial data transmission between microcontrollers, computers, sensors, and embedded systems. It provides a simple UART interface, allowing wireless communication without complex RF programming.

Based on the SI4463/SI4438 wireless communication chipset, the HC-12 supports multiple communication channels and can achieve communication distances of up to 1 km or more in open environments depending on configuration and operating conditions.
