  • 4 × Wheels (plastic wheels with rubber grip/tyres) — sized typically ~65 mm diameter for traction and stability.
  • 4 × Encoder / “coded” discs — mounted on motors to enable speed measurement or odometry.
  • Screws, nuts, fasteners, spacers/stand-offs (M3 etc.) — to assemble the chassis, mount motors and wheels, fix plates properly.
  • Battery holder / battery box (often 4-cell AA or 4-AAA battery holder, sometimes without batteries) — for powering the motors.
  • Wiring / connecting cables (red/black motor wires) — to connect motors to motor drivers or power supply.
  • Mounting holes / pre-drilled chassis design — the chassis is pre-drilled to allow mounting of additional modules like sensors, microcontrollers, motor drivers, etc.

  • The motors and moving wheels may cause pinching or entanglement. Keep fingers, hair, and loose clothing away while the robot is powered.
